Growth. When a company grows and ceases to depend on the person who founded it, it faces a huge challenge: to let go of control without losing its essence. It sounds easy, but it is full of mistakes that can be costly.<\/p>

Uno de los grandes errores que solemos ver es confundir \u201cdelegar\u201d con \u201cabandonar\u201d. Algunas personas piensan que al soltar el control, la calidad se va a ir por la ventana. Third challenge<\/span><\/b>: not listening to the team.<\/span> Sometimes, the founder creates processes from theory or from his experience, without consulting those who are in the day-to-day operation.<\/span> This generates resistance and little real adoption.<\/span><\/p>

How to avoid these mistakes?<\/p>

1. Empez\u00e1 escuchando: pregunt\u00e1 a tu equipo c\u00f3mo trabajan y qu\u00e9 sienten que funciona (y qu\u00e9 no).
2. Dise\u00f1\u00e1 procesos simples y claros, no manuales infinitos que nadie lee.
3. Manten\u00e9 los valores de la empresa como la br\u00fajula: que cada proceso y cada cambio refleje la cultura y la visi\u00f3n de la firma.<\/p>

La clave est\u00e1 en ver el crecimiento no como un cambio de persona a procesos, sino como un cambio de mentalidad: de \u201cyo soy el negocio\u201d a \u201cnosotros somos la firma\u201d. Cuando eso pasa, los procesos no se sienten como reglas, sino como herramientas para hacer el trabajo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y mejor.<\/p>
